Before you write

Three things solve most reports on the spot:

Cannot reach the target shape? Work in passes rather than one long cut, and switch to a finer grit before the final sanding stage — the smoothness score is measured against the guide outline, not against how fast you got there.
A purchase is missing? Open the settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Google Play account and is the fix in almost every case, including after reinstalling or changing phone.
The game runs slowly or gets hot? Lower Graphics quality in settings. It changes how the shavings and reflections are drawn, and nothing about how the game plays.
