1. Who we are

Woodturning Ultra Smooth 3D is developed and published by Canal Grid ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with data, and what it deliberately does not do.

2. What is stored on your device

The app saves the following on your device only, using Android's standard app storage. None of it is transmitted to us, and we cannot read it.

• Which project you are on, and the furthest project you have unlocked
• Your smoothness score and star rating for each finished piece
• Your best completion times, and the pieces kept in your gallery
• Which tools, wood types and finishes you have unlocked
• Whether you have completed the tutorial
• Your settings: language, background music, sound effects, vibration, graphics quality, reduced motion
• Whether ads have been switched off

Deleting all of it is simple: uninstalling the app removes this data permanently. We keep no copy of your progress on any server. Step-by-step instructions, and how to ask us for written confirmation, are on the Delete your data page.

3. What we do not collect

To be explicit about it, Woodturning Ultra Smooth 3D has no:

• account, login, or registration of any kind
• collection of your name, email address, phone number, or contacts
• access to your photos, camera, microphone, files, or location
• sale of personal information to anyone, ever

4. Advertising

The free version of the game shows a small banner and, at natural break points, an occasional full-screen ad. You can also choose to watch a rewarded video to unlock a bonus — watching one is always your choice, and the game is fully playable without it.

Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and the ad networks it mediates. To select and measure ads, these providers may process your device's advertising identifier, coarse device and network information, and your interactions with the ads themselves. This processing is carried out by them, not by us, and is governed by their own privacy policies:

Controlling ad personalisation

On Android you can limit or delete your advertising ID at any time under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact wording varies by device). Buying Remove Ads inside the game also stops ads from being requested at all.

5. Purchases

The game offers optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads and unlocking additional content. Every purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing.

We never see or receive your card number, bank details, billing address or any other payment information — that stays between you and Google. What reaches the app is only a confirmation that a given item was purchased, which it stores on your device so your purchase keeps working. Google provides us with anonymous, aggregated sales figures through Play Console; those are totals, and cannot be traced back to you by us.

Refunds, payment problems and purchase history are handled by Google — see the Google Privacy Policy and the Play Store's purchase history. If a purchase does not appear in the game, use Restore Purchases in the settings screen, or write to us.

6. Diagnostics and crash reports

So that we can find and fix problems, the app reports anonymous technical information about how it is running. This covers crashes and errors, the device model and Android version, the app version, and broad gameplay events such as a project being started or finished.

These reports carry no name, email address or anything else that identifies you, and we use them only to fix bugs and to understand which parts of the game people find too hard or too slow. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

The services that collect this on our behalf, and their policies, are:

7. Reminder notifications

The game can send you an occasional reminder to come back and finish a piece. These reminders are scheduled entirely on your device — no message is sent from a server, and no information about you leaves your phone. On Android 13 and later the app asks for notification permission the first time it runs; declining it costs you nothing else in the game, and you can turn reminders off later in your Android notification settings.

8. Children

Woodturning Ultra Smooth 3D is a relaxing craft simulation suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If ads are shown, they are subject to the ad providers' own policies on age-appropriate advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will look into it.

10. Your choices

• Ads: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, or buy Remove Ads to stop ad requests entirely
• Notifications: decline the permission, or switch them off in Android settings at any time
• Everything stored on your device: clear the app's data, or uninstall — see Delete your data
• Anything else: email us and we will act on it

11. Changes to this policy

If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
